Since 2010, her work as a dedicated business advice professional has enabled her to work alongside hundreds of businesses across many sectors, including delivering hands-on tender and procurement advice on behalf of South Tyneside and Newcastle Councils, front-line delivery of regionally funded programmes, and working closely with Redcar and Cleveland Council in delivering a full range of expert growth support for their local businesses.

Diane's bid and tender writing and business support expertise is founded on hands-on experience of building and running her own business from inception through to a turnover 1.7 million in 5 years.
Since 1997 she has been instrumental in working with boards and businesses to develop funding strategies and internal business planning - working alongside local authorities to develop a range of services , bring in funding from national and Europe’s funding streams, and securing high worth public sector contracts . This includes helping secure over £16 million in contract and grant funding.
Her professional qualifications include an MBA Business Management, Dip in Health and Social Management, Paralegal ( Contract Law), NEBOSH, and Agile and Prince2 Project Management.
Particular strengths include compliance (ISO9001, CHAS, Health & Safety), Social Value in contracts, every aspect of social care development (through every stage of growth, including larger organisations employing 300+, and implementing Agile and LEAN project management).
Diane's small business expertise also includes close hands-on support helping develop over 20 local companies to date, and setting up 10 Social Businesses employing 70 people with disabilities.

Paul has over 17 years’ senior experience of private, public and third sector business development, B2B marketing, and direct sales. He has been instrumental in devising, developing and implementing major welfare reform and skills programmes.
A long standing and successful track record includes supporting numerous organisations across the North East to become ‘bid ready’, and successfully securing contracts across a wide range of sectors, including construction, insurance, domestic utilities, sport, welfare to work, skills and the digital sectors to support businesses to grow and diversify.
As Head of Business Development at Tynemet College Paul secured major public sector and other contracts, building extensive regional and national networks - including agencies such as Department for Education, Department of Work and Pensions, North East LEP, Construction Industry Training Board, Local Authorities, and the Tees Valley LEP.

Andrew has over 18 years’ experience of private and public sector business development, B2B marketing, and direct sales, including building one the of the region’s most successful and influential business support enterprises.
He has been instrumental in devising and developing major support programmes, regionally influential business events, and national and international sector-specific supply events and trade missions - across such sectors as automotive, rail, construction, food and drink, healthcare, digital creative, energy and aerospace.
Following acquisition he worked in a senior business development role with BE Group – finding and winning major public sector and other contracts, building extensive regional, national, and international networks, and working in direct support of businesses and social enterprises in accessing markets and opportunities. This included with public sector bodies and agencies such as Department for Education, Scottish Enterprise, Leeds City Region LEP, Sport England, Construction Industry Training Board, Cabinet Office, Local Authorities, and the North East LEP.
